I have purchased many house’s refinanced several in my young 61 years. BY FAR this has been my a wife and my best experience.
1) Honey Hill was exceptional from start to finish helped us with everything
2) She communicated who we were dealing with Veronica Menchaca. We were overly pleased / beyond pleased with her.
3). When we communicated with Veronica we copied Honey which in turn would follow up with Veronica. To insure all was completed correctly.
1a) Recommend that going forward Clients ALWAYS copy there intial Loan Advisor to continue the document process in order for a speedy process to closing
4) Lastly we need to be notified Hourly, Daily, etc. on when payoff is confirmed and date on Mortgage/2nd Mortgage has been confirmed by previous companies vs us tracking.
