Susan is very professional! 1.Very honest .. 2.Great follow up... 3.Most important is that the estimate cost we received ( closing + down payments.etc .. ) at the beginning of the purchase process from her .. was almost exactly the same amount I have paid to purchase my new house at the closing time .. no surprises during the whole process ! Everything was planned with these guys !
