Ray and his team were available upon request all the time which was very helpful as my wife and I had very hectic work schedule during the time of sale. Ray especially went above and beyond to provide us with all the important information. As first time home buyers it’s easy to be lost in all the information being provided, however, Ray and his team took their time and explained all the necessary steps and broke down details so we can understand.

From the beginning with just questions about options and processes, during the processes with all the questions and concerns, and all the way to the end with continued questions and concerns, Mona was available with answers and was able to ease the stress levels with confirmations and with setting expectations. We started on a 'whim' and in just over 1 month after initial talks/discussions, we've closed on our new house and have completely moved in just shy of 1 week after closing. From not expecting to be able to move forward with the purchase of a new home, to now owning our new home in just over a month or so, we are both literally amazed at the attention she has given us and incredibly thankful the magic she has brought us through all of her work - we literally cannot thank her enough!
I would not hesitate one iota and HIGHLY recommend Mona to any and everyone who may be looking for similar homeowning options as we were. I can't imagine there's anyone better!
