Seemed repetitive information to sign off on was overkill. Plus the concern over our previous Sold home (how much we paid monthly & several calls needed to mortgage holder to keep verifying monthly payments, history etc. One confirm on our payment history should have been sufficient given our credit score alone. In addition bank was getting a down payment of almost 50%. I think your program needs some adjustments based on customer details.
