I can’t say enough great things about Kent and his team. They made our home financing process amazingly simple. Whenever my wife and I had questions, Kent was always responsive (literally no matter when we called or emailed) and he thoroughly explained all aspects of the process and available options. He got us approval letters timely for every offer we made, which was important because we made some offers with quickly approaching submission deadlines. Kent was able to help us close in under 3 weeks which made our accepted offer very competitive. Please make him your first call if you are thinking about buying or refinancing!
