Through the process, Ronda with Annie Mac mortgage company worked closely, fast, and made the process easy and clear. Upon asking questions for for numbers, they were provided very well so we could see a breakdown and adjust what we wanted to our liking. The only thing that could use improvement is website/app. I did not find a login page for Annie Mac online to view documents. It was only on the app I believe
