Emmett and Wendy walked me through the entire loan process to get me the best possible loan. With life and work, I really needed someone to just take care of everything and have my best interest at heart and they did that. I would recommend them to anyone buying a home.

I appreciated the continuous, open and honest communication your team provided throughout the process. I felt like I was taken care of throughout and you had my best interest in mind. I thoroughly enjoyed worked with all of you and will recommend you to other opportunities for you that I come across. One thing I did want to recommend as a possible improvement to your processes though, is more transparency in what specifically to expect next. The initial email I received warned against fraudulent activity as we go through the process, and with the various services you use to handle loan management, document uploading, document signing, etc. I was hesitant to click on a few of the emails. One I had to ask Wendy if it was legit, but perhaps I was being too paranoid :) It might be a good practice to let you customers know what exactly to look for and who its coming from so there is no concerns. Just a thought :) Thank you again for all you do.

To be truly honest I can't say enough good things about Emmett Munson and his Team. This box won't give me enough space. They made the long-distance home buying loan process in an incredibly difficult market as best of an experience as it could have been. They are serious pros, on top of all the details, overcoming challenges and helping you every step of the way, all the while keeping a smile on their faces.
