The open communication with the whole team was great. Tyler, Travis, and Stephanie were on top of everything and provided us with quick updates. The team was very responsive to any questions.

I did not have to communicate with Jeff during this process. Everything was beyond efficient. We closed in 20 days which is amazing! Everything was at the title company Friday before a Monday morning closing, and the money was there so in essence we table funded. Rarity indeed in today's real estate world.
