Our original loan originator and his entire office quit basically the same day without a smooth transition plan in place while our deal was in the middle of trying to track down if the home appraised. I had to call several numbers to eventually be placed with another lender. Michael was excellent so the rating is not based on his performance. The rating was for the poor transition and lack of professional transfer as I (the buyers agent) had to then track down to make sure everything was still moving toward schedule. AM had the appraisal back as of Tuesday and I could not get a hold of anyone to tell me anything until Friday that week. I received push back from the listing agent because she too had been notified that they received the appraisal on Tuesday. It was ridiculous. The office number had been disconnected and the corporate number kept shooting me back to the office number. Despite that craziness, Michael took good care of us and closed us out smoothly so we are thankful for him.
