Everything was great until the very end. I believe they waited too late to do the final underwriting which created a fire drill the last 24 hours - almost did not close on time.

I think my buyer would tell you that she felt very comfortable and never complained to me about the lender which is rare. Our communication was prompt and the company overall was seamless and professional. CJ was there when I needed him.

Communication- from the pre-approval to the closing we knew what was happening and expected of us and the timeline to complete each step. Daniel provided us multiple pre approval letters for houses - oftentimes on weekends.
