Susan Laganas is exceptional, and made the entire home loan process smooth and transparent. She made sure every question I had was answered clearly and never even hinted that one of my questions was dumb (even though I am positive I asked more than one dumb question). Her communication is second to none. In addition to sending convenient texts that she copied to my email (which is incredibly helpful when you need to search by keyword), I swear she was available all hours of the day every day, weekends and holidays included. I'm not sure she sleeps! I suspect she loves what she does, because every interaction was not just pleasant, but enjoyable.

What can I say about Chuck other then he is the BEST!. Purchased our home back in 2015, and he did everything to make it go by smoothly. Now again, 8 years later and the same. I would ask just random questions and he would always have the right answers and or great advice. He made this second time a breeze. Chuck kept us updated with everything. We just updated a few things, we sat back and relaxed. Would we recommend Chuck? 1000%.. Not only he is our Mortgage Originator but now he has become part of the family... 8 years of knowing such a great guy. Thank you again Chuck for all you did and do.
