Nick was extremely knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and highly responsive through the entire process of buying my first home. As a layman with no prior knowledge of lending, he coached me through the process and helped me understand what was needed of me and what I should know. We worked to get a rate that I am very happy with. Even through very tough odds relating to the seller, he was able to get my loan approved on time. For a first time home buyer or any buyer, there is no one else I would recommend besides Nick.

Jamie's years of experience shows through her knowledge of the changing real estate market. Jamie and her team are top notch, a pleasure to work with, and made the process seamless from beginning to end. The ability to electronically upload documents and connect accounts makes the process of getting documents over to them very easy. Jamie's quick responsive time was also a huge factor. Knowing she was already to answers our questions put us at ease during a time that is usually very stressful.

Jerry, Christine, and Rosie the ultimate Lending TRIPLE THREAT! I absolutely loved working with the 3! With my profession, my line of work can be a little demanding so I don't necessarily have the time to put in especially when it comes to buying a house. They made the process so seamless and easy that it was honestly more them and less me. Since we had a contingency sale of our house to purchase a new home, this program was instrumental in giving us an advantage when we submitted our offer to the seller.
