The team did an excellent job of processing my mortgage quickly and efficiently. This was crucial for my unique needs. I am truly grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. Especially getting me ready for closing in record time.
The areas where my experience could be improved were more proactive communication or clearer explanations. As a first time home buyer brevity is no good for me. Another is the multiple pulls on my credit. Not expected and a heads up would be nice. Last is the access to other first time home buyer tools and programs. I learned on my own about other helpful programs that would have also benefited me.
Overall, the speed and efficiency of the process were outstanding, adding these adjustments could make the experience even better for future clients.
