I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that I received during the entire mortgage process. Chuck is professional, responsive, and honest. He assisted me from the very beginning until the end. He made himself available to me via any method of my choice- email or cellphone. If you want a loan officer who treats you with the utmost care and respect, Chuck is the answer. Chuck was there for us from day 1 when we toured our first property, through closing (~4 months later). Throughout that entire time, Chuck was knowledgeable, prompt, patient, supportive, and always there for us. We truly felt he was looking out for our best interests, working with us to ensure we understood our options and helping us lock in the best rate possible. I know we’ll definitely work with Chuck on any of our future mortgage or refi needs. We highly recommend you do the same!

Chuck was fantastic. He made the process as easy as can be. Chuck took the time to make sure all questions were answered and if I didn’t fully understand any part of the process he took the time to explain it in simple terms for someone like me who is not knowledgeable in this area. Anytime I needed to reach Chuck he was available and willing to assist. Overall great experience, you won’t be disappointed by allowing Chuck to assist you.
