Tracy was very helpful, she worked quickly and was available at anytime to receive a call. She went above and beyond for me. Even when the loan was put in Jeopardy, Tracy was one step ahead and had everything done and figured out, we only had to push back closing by 2 days when most other places would have ended the transaction entirely. This was my first home and it was an amazing experience thanks to my team.
