The transaction was relatively smooth. I did not have to intervene much in this transaction and I was made aware of any bumps in the road as soon as possible. This made it easier to set expectations with the listing agent and manage my side of the transaction. Excellent work!

Tyler Cartmel was extremely helpful through the entire process. He worked after hours and during his own time to make sure everything was covered.
