I met Shane on the phone 4 years ago anyway. And he has been awesome! We actually built a phone relationship just from occasional calls - talk about dogs sometimes!

Shane was so knowledgeable and supportive through the whole process. He was always immensely responsive and gave us multiple options to make sure that we got the best option for us. When we ran into problems he was incredible helpful in coming up with solutions. His optimism and calm demeanor were incredibly helpful during parts of the process that were stressful. I will reach out to Shane for our mortgage needs in the future and would recommend him to all of my friends.
