Theoni was incredibly responsive, brilliant and always thinking 2 steps ahead. We had to quickly move from VA financing to Conventional and she did it fast, smooth and without skipping a beat. I never once had to track her down to get an answer or find out where we were in the underwriting process. I can't say enough great things about her commitment to her clients. Without her incredible knowledge and expertise, I'm not sure we could have closed on my deal.

As a first time home buyer, the process can seem very daunting but Kelly was so knowledgeable about every aspect and provided guidance along the way.
