I have used Katie and her team on several real estate transactions and truly nobody is better! They are FAST, thorough and on top of everything. Katie made herself available to me at 8 pm for a phone call tonight my offer was excepted on the home I was purchasing. I had never worked with Katie before, so this was not a favor or some thing she was doing for a friend. Her responsiveness and quick willingness to help was what made me want to work with her. She came up with a creative and smart way to fix a problem I was running into with financing my offer. Her knowledge and availability were top tier. I would recommend using Katie 10 out of 10 times. I worked closely with Shane and Stacey on team Katie and they were so available to me and also patient with the amount of documents needed for my loan. They all were able to work professionally with a non-traditional situation and I am forever grateful for their help.

This was my second time working with Katie and her team. My fiancé and I called Katie and within the day we were pre-approved. Three days later we submitted an offer that was accepted. Katie and her team run through many scenarios and keep it very simple to make sure you get approved within what you can afford. Her whole team responds quickly and assures you along every step of the way. We worked with Stacey in addition to Katie and we cannot say enough kind words. Buying a house is stressful and you’d think the most stressful part is securing the mortgage, with Katies team, it will be the easiest part. We are buying our forever home and it could not have been possible without Katie and her team. 10/10 recommend!

I was pre-approved for a mortgage at a conventional bank that then denied me a mortgage. Katie and her team didn't stop until I was approved. They worked weekends, nights, in the office and on the road to help me.

Information wasn't always relayed as I think it should have been in the final stages. There were changes that were not told to me until the very end
(maybe two days before closing). I was very dissatisfied and disappointed at not knowing the changes much earlier.
