We bought our first house and Nick sold us our mortgage. We couldn’t have asked for a better loan officer than Nick! The entire process was brand new, I had no idea what was happening but Nick walked us through the entire process, answered my 1000 redundant questions with pleasure and helped us close our mortgage on time. Theoni was incredibly responsive, brilliant and always thinking 2 steps ahead. We had to quickly move from VA financing to Conventional and she did it fast, smooth and without skipping a beat. I never once had to track her down to get an answer or find out where we were in the underwriting process. I can't say enough great things about her commitment to her clients. Without her incredible knowledge and expertise, I'm not sure we could have closed on my deal.
