The entire process was very simple . Erin was great at keeping us in the loop. The app was also very useful making submitting documents very easy and told us what stages we were at and what would be next. overall a great experience.

The step by step guidance has been really helpful. Juliana is always available to address my concerns. Sir Frank is patient and kind.
