As a first time home buyer in this country, Nathan literally hand held me through my entire home buying process, right from the time I started looking for homes. I did not know where and how to start and Nathan explained the process end to end both from a financial perspective as well as generally from a home buyer perspective. He explained all the details about offers, contingencies, deposits, closing, mortgage options, PMI options etc, right in the beginning itself. I worked with him from prequalification and underwriting through closing and the whole mortgage process was a breeze. On my first call with Nathan he told me “This is not the last time you will buy a home or refinance your mortgage and Im here to win your business for life and not just this once”, and his actions from that point followed up those words. He was always available whenever I was thinking about an offer on a house to crunch the numbers and helped me make informed decisions. Also, I wanted to close earlier than I had originally planned (in about 3 weeks) and that was not a problem too. I will strongly recommend Nathan to any buyer out there!

This team was readily available from beginning to end to make sure everything we needed to get into our new home was ready and on time! This home buying experience was far superior to our first time!
