Inotial contact with Kevin very good contact with Taylor excellent The switch from the Cadh 4 Keys to a 30 year fix was done without consulting us "as ut it would be faster" Contact with Shakima very confusing we were asked for the same documents multiple times and contact (indirect) with the underwriters seemed chaotic . Maybe they've never worked with a couple that ha v e so many different income sources? Hanifah stepping in helped, near the end But still not a great experience
