I have used Katie and her team on several real estate transactions and truly nobody is better! They are FAST, thorough and on top of everything. Wish things where explained better. Not sure if it's because everything was done remotely, just not as personable that way. If we have to do this again I will probably use someone local. Katie did OK though, it all worked out and we have a house.

Very Good communication, very responsive, and answered back any questions we had. Trust me there was a lot of them. We also were able to settle everything within a pretty nice amount of time. Very kind people and overall easy to work with.
