This is our second time we have used Nathan for our home purchase. First home was back in 2014 and most recent Oct of this year. Nathan is very knowledgeable and experienced. For our first home the loan was very complex as we had reached out to other lenders before we were introduced to nathan. He gave us peace of mind and the quality of service was exceptional. For our second home we had reached to another lender because our agent had a relationship with someone they used and they basically told me there were going to be a lot hurdles and it wasnt possible for me to obtain a loan. Obviously I didnt like the answer i heard , so I reached out to Nathan and I gave him all of our financial information for him to assess/analyze and from there he said no problem. I asked him multiple questions with different scenarios and he always had an answer. He is very good at thinking outside of the box and a problem solver. Has a great attitude and is always willing to answer any questions anytime. Highly recommend his services !

With the help of Jill Granato, I was able to purchase my very own condo in September 2020.
