Vikram is great at what he does and makes the transaction very efficient and smooth for all parties involved. I love working with Vikram because he keeps you up to date on all aspects of the mortgage process, which is very critical as a realtor to make sure the process is moving along.

Was something else. He really understands his profession and he walked me through the whole process. I don’t think I could have done it with out him. He gave me the most competitive rate out there and on top of that when I submitted my offer he put my offer over the top by telling the listing agent of how well Qualifed I am. Pedro is the only option everyone should go towards in lending.
