The collateral department requested a second appraisal and when the surveyor showed up at the sellers house no one knew there was a request for a second appraisal so he was turned away. So after seller and I found out about request for second appraisal it had to be rescheduled which created a delay and other issues. Why was there such a big difference between two appraisals and why did the first appraisal not get flagged earlier in process?

If I could’ve rated my experience with Michael at 12 out of 10 I would have done so! Michael went above and beyond to make sure that our refinance happened, but most importantly he communicated with us during each step of the process. As small business owners there was a higher level of scrutiny placed on our application, however with Mike’s perseverance and advocacy we were able to get closed on a wonderful new loan rate.
