Tom and his team were excellent and very pleasant to work with. Tom was highly responsive whenever we had a question and made sure we understood the entire process. He was thoroughly professional, ultimately making a slightly tricky situation very manageable. Tom demonstrated great knowledge and made the entire process of getting a loan nice and smooth.
