Although there were a few bumps in a row (which was my fault) I overall had a great experience. Mark Crocetto was very professional and made things easy to understand. He was also available for me to contact anytime I had a question to ask about the process of getting the loan and I relied on him heavily throughout this whole process. I couldn't ask for anyone better.

Good communication. The only change I would make is come up with some way to let people know that a person that you don’t know will contact you by email. So they know it’s not a scammer.
