Everything went smooth expect the final numbers on how much I would have to put down. I was supposed to close @ 3pm & the numbers came in 2 that time which we still closed but just had to drive the next day to drop off the check.

This is the second time that I've worked with Youssef. The first time was when I purchased my home and this time when refinancing this same home. He made the process of refinancing my mortgage so easy. He explained everything in much detail and that made all the difference. Chuck was in contact with us from the very beginning of the process all the way to the closing, and beyond. Our loan was a little more complex as it was for an investment property, but Chuck and his colleagues were able to identify what we needed to provide regarding financials and documentation in a straight-forward manner and we so helpful along the way with any questions that we had. We are truly grateful for the experience of working with Chuck and look forward to doing so again in the near future when we purchase another investment property.
