Brian and his team were amazing. They worked very quickly and efficiently and they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I was the listing agent on the transaction and already had my sellers under contract for their new home. Even though Brian and his team started working on the transaction after my sellers went under contract for their new home, they were able to get a clear to close before the lender working for my sellers. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Silas and teammate Martin were courteous, well informed, and listened. They responded promptly and addressed each question fully. Most of all I enjoyed Silas speak to me (on his way to his boys baseball game) about the new state and city I was about to move to "sight unseen".
