Michael made himself available throughout the entire process. I didn’t have to reach out to him for any unanswered questions. There weren’t any. He made sure we were well informed and went above and beyond in staying in contact with any updates. He always made us aware what our options were and why he felt certain ones were in our best interest. Fantastic service in a world where it’s hard to find anymore!
