Michelle was able to get our deal through in 11 days. That is unheard of in this market. I sent two clients who had lost their financing for different reasons. She was able to come into it and move the deals at lightening speed.

The final closing disclosure contained a lot of charges that did not pertain to buying a condominium, and almost caused us to pull out of the deal at the last minute. If my realtor did not explain this to me, we would have most definitely not purchased this condo. I understand the loan estimates containing these charges, but not the final closing disclosure. The team did a good job preparing the loan on short notice, and eventually did meet all of our expectations.
