Each team member was very helpful!! They reached out to my husband and myself any time there was a status change or anything was required to move along the mortgage application. Then the afternoon before closing, it appeared closing was going to be postponed due to the survey not being ready, Kerry managed to pull off a miracle and we closed on time. If everyone was a high performer as Kerry our daily lives would be so much more enjoyable!!!!
