Chris was amazing, to say the least. We were in constant communication throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered immediately and he understood my situation as a veteran. He was able to speak on my behalf and tell my story so I could get the loan for the home I wanted. As first time home buyers people never cease to tell you of the horror stories you endure and the dreadful process of buying a home. Therefore it completely set the tone for us until Chris came into the picture. He was there for every impromtu call and to found answers to any and every question we shoot his way. If and when I need to purchase another home I wouldn't do it any differently than with him. Chris and his Team worked extremely quickly all throughout the process - even issuing payment at close. We actually moved the close date up by a week at the last minute, and they were able to deal with that with no issues.

Chris is very knowledgeable about the loan process and was able to explain the process in layman terms. Chris was always available to answer any questions we had and responded quickly. Chris managed to get us the lowest rate possible even when I tried to lock in a higher rate. Everything went smoothly and we would use Chris again on any new properties. Chris was very informative on the loan process and is just a good guy. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone in need of a mortgage.

Chris was involved in the entire process of getting a solid mortgage for my new home. From the very beginning, he clearly and simply explained the process and worked diligently to secure me the lowest rate possible. Being on a short time frame from contract to close, as a first time home buyer, made for a small margin for error with the inevitable issues that arise during the underwriting process. This was clearly no problem for Chris as everything was handled expertly and professionally to close on time. An added perk to teaming with Chris is that his service doesn't end with the final signature, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can give him a call with any question I may have down the road as a new home owner. I highly recommend Chris!
