As busy as they were, they had time to answer my questions with patience. Ray and his team were able to provide me with clear details regarding my loan. They even schedule a time for a zoom meeting to discuss how I can increase my credit score to improve my interest rate. As a first-time homebuyer, I did not fully understand the process but they were able to get me up to speed. Buying a house could be very nerve-racking and stressful. But they made it a pleasant experience.

Randy went above and beyond to give me the information to not just refinance but get a lower rate. Once the initial approvals were done he continued his excellence by communicating everything that was happening and expediting anything that needed it. We had a small hiccup in our process that Randy handled with extreme ease.
