An early Christmas present! That’s how I describe the loan process.
I started the loan application late November, and to my surprise, I was closing on Dec 23rd!! Not only it was very quick, but it was smooth & easy. I was kept informed at all times, even during weekends and late hours! All the hard work paid off and for that I’m very grateful. Thank you Bernie!!

Better communication. My TC and title gave me most lender updates. Im used to being the one to relay most info to them. Sitting in the dark and trying to answer their concerns without even knowing there was an issue wasnt fun.
