Having refinanced twice in 27 months, I find the entire mortgage experience less-than pleasant. Stephen was involved from start to finish and was the voice of calm and reason through the process. Otherwise, it feels as if the system is over-burdened and lacks empathy. I was very happy that I was able to communicate with Stephen throughout the process and at the end of the day, we got the best transactional experience and result that we could have hoped for.

I am a first time homeowner, and you can imagine the nerves that ran through me. My college schooling was not as much money as I was about to spend. Chrissy explained things in a very simple but not condescending manner. She really put this process at ease for me. I have always been told that this was a hard process. Well, I lucked out between Chrissy and my real estate agent - it wasn’t a piece of cake (haha) but it was really made to be a simple process. She is fantastic!
