My husband and our broker were more involved than I. But there was a great deal of duplication of documents. Also, it took months to secure the refinance. We were constantly sending the same information over and over.
The closing was smooth, but we increased our mortgage by K20. This was unexpected as we thought it would cost nearer 4? We have now received several checks to offset the 20, but it’s not the way we wanted to do business. All a bit confusing. Not recommended.

Matt did a great job staying in touch and following up with us. However when our file was sent to processing there were major delays and no follow up. It took over 3 months to close due to processor not working our file. We do not feel like we got very good service from processing.
