Nouri made the home buying process so easy. Nouri thoroughly explained every step of the process to me. Nouri was always available to answer questions by phone or text and I enjoyed my interactions with him as he is personable and knowledgeable about the field. My wife and I were going to refi with an online company. My wife was not super comfortable not being able to talk to someone locally, which I agreed. I am so glad that we asked around before we took that path. Mud was on top of everything as was his staff. His communication was fantastic. I would not hesitate to refer him to someone wanting to refinance. So we did just that. Friends of our were going to move forward with a refinance as well and they could not have been happier.

The only reason it was not a 5 is that we did not hear back on the appraisal. Neither the listing agent or I were informed as to whether it had appraised I ended up getting that from my buyer. Also more regular updates on the progress of the loan would be helpful. Everything did go smoothly and of course it closed on time which is what really matters. Also, the buyers who are ultimately the customer, were happy with their rate and never haf any negative issues whatsoever! Thanks so much
