Tim and his team are amazing all around. Their knowledge and experience with everything involving the market and buying a house made the process a lot easier and less stressful. Anytime I had a question about anything all I had to do was call or email and someone always was there to answer. I have used Tim and his team for two homes now and each time they have been nothing but amazing.

I struggled for years with crippling credit card debt after helping to take care of my son and his family during my youngest granddaughters two fights with cancer. Despite my best efforts, I couldn’t get on top of it, and Kerrell literally came to my rescue. He got us a VA loan With cash out that allowed me to pay off the credit cards and regain our financial footing in our retirement years, or actually almost retirement years for my husband, as I am retired, but my husband isn’t yet. I am so amazingly grateful for everything that did to help us, he is an exceptional employee.
