If you want to get things done, and done right, then Amir the person you should call. Before I was referred to Amir, I was working with Citi bank with most of my mortgage needs. Everything was fine until early Year, the Citi bank mortgage specialist couldn’t deliver the rate he promised me. He has me submitted the same paperwork three times, started avoiding my calls, underwriters asked minor details on my bills every month, refused to provide a closing date which has resulted in me withdraw ing the application with them. And I think that was exactly what they wanted. The entire process took almost a year and that was a nightmare I don’t wish everyone to go through. Not even mention if you need the money right away for your family and important life decisions. Then there is Amir. My friend worked with him on a loan and recommended him to me. He was direct, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listened to my horror stories and my immediate concerns prior to crafting a loan that was not only suit my needs but also provided a little bit extra for rainy days and future investments- which I truly appreciated. There are more good things I can say about Amir - but I suggest you not just to take my words for it. Contact him and have a conversation about your loan needs. You will not be disappointed.
