Brad and Dan worked with us through out this entire year to prepare us to either sell our house and buy a new one or to refinance our home. Even after Freedom Mortgage completely screwed me - when it was their faulty website that didn’t process my payment, it admitted that it did not notify me that the payment was not received, yet it reported a 30-day late to the credit bureaus - Brad was able to find me a lender that offered a much better rate and a 15-year refinance so that I could get away from Freedom Mortgage. That part was beyond impressive. These guys are personable, attentive knowledgeable, resourceful and consistent. We will be back in touch when it is time to buy or build our new home. Keep up the great work!!
