Bob was absolutely excellent in his craft. The rest of the process during the va loan was horrendous. We needed better instructions for the loan. We needed more communication and understanding of the circumstances that my wife and I were in. Honestly if it wast for the constant reassurance of Bob I was going to quit. I'm a soldier and I needed communication and that wasn't given by Ann at all.

Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable on so many things, which is very helpful to a person such as myself that is not. She was very available, always willing to take the time to explain things to me and answer my questions for flight. Kathleen went above and beyond anything that I could’ve ever expected she really is exceptional. When I would get nervous she would explain things and make me feel so much better. If there is any kind of award in this profession I would definitely recommend Kathleen for that!
