Great advice from our financial leader, has been accurate and very caring which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, a mishap occurred on their end delaying our closing leaving us in a state limbo and uncertainty of whether or not we were going to close but fortunately it was only delayed for one day which we did.

We worked with a broker prior to the Croteau team- they only had 2 guys working in the office- working with dozens of clients at a time. Because of that, I feel like our file took so long to be updated and we were forgotten about. The Croteau team never let that happen. They were on top of all paperwork right away and were always incredibly responsive, even giving us their cell numbers in order to stay in touch with them should we have any urgent questions/concerns.

For some reason my refinance took an extremely long time to process. Also on the day of closing, we had to come back because our paperwork was incorrect and missing a document. All in all, we are very grateful for the opportunity to be able to lower our interest rate and save money.
