Chuck was quick to respond to my initial email and was very thorough and patient in answering all my questions. I was mostly impressed by how knowledgable he was on the market in general, and I really trusted his judgment.
He was also very responsive, regardless of the time of day that I needed help. He stopped what he was doing and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently every time. Chuck truly went above and beyond for his service. You don't see too many people like that these days.
Chuck also predicted the exact closing date a month ahead of time. That was impressive!

Good morning! One thing I didnt think I would have been approve with all my credit cards. You kept your word by telling me if I pay some off you would increase my loan amount. You kept your word about that. And you and your team just kept me informed about everything. And you all constantly told me if O needed help or had any question you all were there for me. Amanda and Kelsey always made themselves available to me and answered all of my questions. They were very reaassuring and knowledgeabl. They worked diligently to help me make the numbers work for what i was looking for. It was a relatively low stress and seamless experience with both of them. Can't recommed them enough.
