Kristi was so helpful throughout the entire process. Her responses to my questions were very timely and her explanations of what to expect were very thorough. She was proactive in letting me know I would get emails from others involved in the process which I appreciated with how cautious I am at replying to emails from others I do not know due to phishing scams. Great experience!
