Sophia is an absolute Life Changer. I was at a point in my purchasing journey, with a collection of pre-approval letters, that left me asking my realtor why would I bother with another at this point? But, I agreed to take Sophia’s call. Wow. Just, wow!!! She knows her stuff inside and out. She is informative, professional and pleasant. Sophia stayed on top of the entire process for me from start to finish. She also communicates via email or text and even sending video explanations on her YouTube channel which itself is a reason to take Sophia’s call. In an industry that really doesn’t care about anything other than the numbers, Sophia is an absolute standout.

Sophia was AMAZING the entire process. We are first time home buyers and had A LOT of questions throughout the entire process. Sophia Bell recently represented my fiancée and I in securing our mortgage for our new home.I can't express enough how much Sophia did on our behalf. This process has many details and many items can go wrong along the way unless your fortunate enough to have someone as hard working, knowledgeable and attentive to details as Sophia. Sophia always made time to speak with me and explain every step of this process.When it came time to "lock in" our rate, rates were going up and Sophia used her money to keep our rate down to what we we're expecting it to be. She did not by any means need to do this.
