A lot more step by step guidelines, deadlines, due dates sent out at the start. Better user friendly first time homebuyer checklists. Less silly mistakes and errors on documents. More explanation on document breakdowns prior to closing. Less people involved overall. That made it very confusing and disorienting and like one person knew what we were working with but as soon as they passed us on to someone else they didn’t have all the correct info to move forward and we would have to restart. Better inter communication amongst your team.
