Just the ability to own a house makes it great! In this market today, it was tough to find a place that fit our needs and was in our budget. Getting outbid on a couple of places put a damper on things, but we finally got a house, and it didn't take very long! Thank you Aaron Tedrow, Brian Offer, and everyone else that was involved!!!

Brad is very communicative, patient, informed about his job and literally always willing to walk his clients through a process - even if he's already done it 5 times. He never makes his clients feel like they are bothering him with a panicked question, that they are in too low a budget range to be taking up so much of his time, or not intelligent enough to understand all the pieces that go into this manic roller-coaster ride.
He understands people. He takes them on their journey; the one that will be comfortable for them, as they analyze every detail and ask to run numbers on houses he knows they cannot possibly afford, but likely need to see for themselves in order to move forward. Or as they sit back and let it play out, because they have bought and sold a dozen times. Because it's not about Brad; it's about his client.
He understands the business, the process and what it takes to get his clients to that table.
He could do it in all in his sleep-but he doesn't. And it's so greatly appreciated during such a stressful time in a person's life!
