Trust when the agent(s) said that the property would appraise at value. Tension was created for the buyer and listing agent as to whether the loan would go through half way into it. The property actually appraised a bit higher.

This was not out first time my wife and I tried to refinance our house with Taylor. Unfortunately the first time around it wasn't able to work out however Taylor continued to keep in touch and continued to let us know if and when we were ready to let yoke know and he would be ready. Once my wife and I were able to continue we contacted Taylor and he got us right back to where we were supposed to be. It was a very quick and easy process and Taylor and his team made it that way.
